    Do I need to travel to Cyprus to establish a company ?
    A
    No. It is possible remotely. Opening a corporate account does not require travel to Cyprus if you use a nominee service; otherwise, travel to Cyprus will be necessary."

    How long does it take to establish a company ?
    A
    Once all required documents are prepared, the company can be established within approximately two to four weeks.

    Are there any special documents I need to prepare ?
    A
    A copy of the passport and proof of address (in English) for each director and shareholder will be required. We will be sure to guide any other necessary documents.

    Can I choose any company name for my Cyprus entity ? 
    A
    Yes, you can freely choose a company name, as long as it is not already in use. Please prepare 3 to 4 name options in advance.

    Do you provide post-incorporation support ?
    A
    No, we primarily handle company formation and essential administrative services (e.g., office setup, secretary services, and annual reports). We do not get involved in the individual business operations of our clients after incorporation. However, we can offer consulting or assistance on a case-by-case basis.

    Can I obtain a Cyprus passport (citizenship) ? 
    A
    Yes, after obtaining permanent residency and residing in Cyprus for eight years, you can apply for citizenship.

    Do I have to live in Cyprus after obtaining permanent residency ? 
    A
    No, you are not required to reside in Cyprus.

    Do I need to renew my permanent residency, or is there a risk of cancellation ? 
    A
    No, once granted, permanent residency is valid for life and does not require renewal or risk cancellation.

    If I obtain permanent residency through a property investment scheme, will I lose it if I sell the property ? 
    A

    Yes, your permanent residence will be cancelled if you sell the property. However, if you purchase another property worth at least 300,000 euros, your permanent residence will remain valid.

    Is it true that Cyprus offers free or low-cost healthcare ? 
    A
    Yes, if you reside in Cyprus and contribute to social security, you can access Cyprus’ healthcare system.

    Does Cyprus permanent residency allow me to live in other EU countries ? 
    A
    No, Cyprus residency is only valid in Cyprus. However, if Cyprus joins the Schengen Area in the future, you may be able to travel visa-free to all Schengen countries.

     I plan to move to Cyprus with my family. What about schools for my children ? 
    A
    Cyprus has several English-speaking international schools due to its large expatriate community. However, popular schools have waiting lists, so we recommend contacting multiple schools early to secure a place. We can assist with school selection if needed.

    Can I purchase a property for less than €300,000 ?
    A
    Yes, but you will not be eligible to apply for permanent residency through property investment.

    Can I rent a property for just a few months ?
    A
    Some properties allow short-term rentals, but we do not offer such listings. Our rentals require a minimum one-year lease.

    Can I rent a property in Cyprus without being a resident or having a residence permit ? 
    A
    Yes, but in such cases, the lease agreement must go through our company, and you cannot contract directly with the landlord.

    What documents are required to apply for a Pink Slip ?
    A
    While the required documents can vary, the main requirements are as follows:

    Proof of address (Lease agreement for a residence in Cyprus or proof of property ownership)
    Proof of foreign income (Employment contract, payslips, proof of pension receipt, dividend certificates, etc.)
    Medical certificate (Must be obtained from a medical examination conducted in Cyprus)
    Health insurance, police
    Non-criminal record...among others.

    Can I bring my private vehicle to Cyprus ?

    Yes, if your vehicle is less than five years old, it can be imported into Cyprus. However, if the vehicle is imported from within the EU, there are no restrictions on its year of manufacture."We can assist with the import process and local registration, so feel free to contact us.
